PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a running cost while sufficiently sterilizing each device in a blood purification system.SOLUTION: A blood purification system 1 is operated in a treatment mode and a cleaning mode. In the cleaning mode, an RO device 2 supplies clean water heated by a heater 26 to devices including a dialyzer 4, an undiluted solution A tank 5, an undiluted solution B tank 6, and a central device 3 through a central loop 8. Thus, in the blood purification system 1, each device is sterilized by heated clean water. After the heated clean water is supplied, each device returns the clean water to the central loop 8 through pipes 392 and 492 for return. The returned clean water is returned to the RO device 2. The heater 26 of the RO device 2 heats the clean water returned from each device again as needed, and supplies it to the central loop 8.
