PURPOSE: An injection needle disposal device is provided to be able to improve the needle disposal efficiency, to obtain one needle disposal outcome, to dispose of the whole span of an injection needle, to separate the hub while disposing an injection needle and to provide a convenient usage. CONSTITUTION: An injection needle disposal device comprises a hollow device housing(10) having a ceiling part(11) and a bottom part(12), a fly chute(22) supported by the device housing, a fixed support(26) erectly installed on the bottom part, a movable support(30) installed on the fixed support, a needle receiver(40) and a circular ring driver(50) installed in the movable support, a movable support driver(70), a needle compressing heater(80) and a control unit. The control unit controls the operation of the movable support, the movable support driver and the needle compressing heater based on the operation signal of an on/off switch and the detection signal of an insertion detecting sensor of injection needle.
