The present invention provides a trephine drill for an implant to form a perforation for implantation of a fixture to improve the precision of the procedure. The trephine drill for an implant includes: a shank portion having a mounting portion on one side end thereof to be coupled to a dental handpiece； a guide rod portion extending and protruding from an inner end of the shank portion and having a diameter corresponding to a cylindrical alignment hole formed by an initial drill in an alveolar bone corresponding to a fixture implant area to be inserted into and guided into the alignment hole； and a rotation cutting portion rotating while being connected to the shank portion, wherein the rotation cutting portion has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the guide rod portion, so that a bone piece accommodation space is formed between an outer periphery of the guide rod portion to allow a bone cut piece to be induced, and the rotation cutting portion is formed with a plurality of cutting blades on an edge of an end in a circumferential direction.시술정밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 픽스츄어 식립을 위한 천공을 형성하는 임플란트용 트레파인 드릴에 있어서, 일측 단부에 치과용 핸드피스에 결합되는 장착부가 형성되는 생크부； 상기 생크부의 내측단으로부터 연장 돌설되되, 픽스츄어 식립영역에 대응되는 치조골에 이니셜드릴에 의해 형성된 원통형 정렬공에 삽입되어 가이드되도록 상기 정렬공에 대응되는 직경으로 구비되는 가이드로드부； 및 상기 생크부와 연결되어 동시에 회전되되, 내경이 상기 가이드로드부의 외경보다 크게 형성되어 상기 가이드로드부의 외주와의 사이에 골 절삭물이 유도되도록 골편수용공간이 형성되며, 단부 테두리에 원주방향을 따라 복수개의 절삭날이 형성되는 회전절삭부를 포함하는 임플란트용 트레파인 드릴을 제공한다.
