PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring system capable of measuring a resistance value, etc., without performing calibration for each terminal device.SOLUTION: A measuring system includes an input signal generation part 10 for generating an input signal of a predetermined frequency, a filter part 20 for generating a filtered signal in which power of the frequency of the input signal is attenuated according to one of the values of impedance, electrostatic capacity, and inductance, and a measurement value generation part 50 for generating a measurement value corresponding to one of the values of the impedance, the electrostatic capacity, and the inductance from the filtered signal.
