PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pincette for precision work which can obtain holding strength without causing displacement of tips of the pincette in arcuate operation and generating twist, fluctuation, or scissoring at the time of sutural operation and the like in a state of holding a surgical needle etc. with the tips of the pincette in medical work such as operation work, and can promote speed-up of medical work such as operation work.SOLUTION: Two parallel long grooves 4a and 4b parted by a thin boundary wall are formed at a center on an opposing surface of an opposing steel planar member 2 from a tip of a handle base 5 to a vicinity of a middle portion of a pincette. A pin 7 suspended from an upper planar member and a pin receiving part for fitting the suspended pin are formed at a boundary part of the two long grooves located below. A pin 10 is provided, which is suspended from a back surface center part of an upper operation finger putting part 9 of the steel planar member, and the pin receiving part for fitting the suspended pin is provided at a center of an opposing surface which is on the opposite side of the operation finger putting part of the steel planar member located below.【課題】手術作業等の医用作業等において、ピンセットの先端部で外科用縫合針等を挟持した状態で縫合作業をする時等に、弧状の動作に対してピンセットの先端部同士がずれたり、捩れや揺動あるいはシザリング等が生起しないで、挟持強度が得られ、手術作業等の医用作業等において一層の迅速化を図ることができる精密作業用ピンセットを提供する。【解決手段】柄基部5先端からピンセット中間部位近傍迄の間の対向する鋼製板状部材2の対向面に中央の薄肉境界壁で仕切られた2本の平行する長溝4a,4bをそれぞれ形成し、上側板状部材から垂下するピン7と、該垂下するピンを嵌合させるピン受部を下側に位置する2本の長溝の境界部位に形成するとともに、鋼製板状部材の上側操作指当て部9の裏面中央部から垂下するピン10を設け、該垂下するピンを嵌合させるピン受部を下側に位置する鋼製板状部材の操作指当部位とは反対側の対向面の中央に設た構成とする。【選択図】図1
