PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral formulation which contains an intestinal absorption bioactive component and which is a tablet excellent in acid- resistance.SOLUTION: The invention provides an acid-resistance tablet containing a bioactive component, wherein the surface of the tablet is coated with a double coating layer: a first coating layer consisting of shellac and a second coating layer with which the first coating layer is further coated and which consists of either one or more materials selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC), and erythritol.
