PURPOSE: A no power source chemical quantitative impregnator is provided to quantitatively injecting a chemical which is supplied to a pipe by always opening a chemical injection valve by a fluid pressure of a diluted solution in order to open and close a leading part of a chemical injection pipe which is installed in the pipe where the diluted solution flows.CONSTITUTION: A no power source chemical quantitative impregnator includes a chemical injection pipe (20), a chemical supply pipe, and a chemical injection valve (40). The chemical injection pipe is installed at a slope in a flowing direction of a diluted solution in a pipe (10) where the diluted solution flows. An opened front end part (21) is inclined in the flowing direction of the diluted solution. The chemical supply pipe supplies a chemical to the chemical injection pipe and is equipped with a supply control part. The chemical injection valve is installed in the leading end of the chemical injection pipe in order to open and close the leading part.
