The present invention relates to a device for enticing branches of a fruit tree which includes a circular fixing clip (1) of which one side is open a fixing plate (12) which is partially integrated on one side of the fixing clip (1) and includes at least one wire fixing hole (11) on the surface thereof a length adjusting plate (3) which has a plurality of stop plates (2) and stop spaces (12) successively and repeatedly formed and includes a wire fixing hole (22&prime) on the uppermost stop plate (22) and at least one wire connection hole (23&prime) on the lowest stop plate (23) and a retracting wire (5). A U-shaped retracting hook (4) having an integrated connection ring (41) on the top is connected to the retracting wire (5). The retracting wire (5) connects the one end of the retracting wire (5) to the wire fixing hole (11) formed on the fixing plate (12) of the fixing clip (1). The other end of the retracting wire (5) passes through the connection ring (41) of the retracting hook (4) after passing through the stop plates (2) and the stop spaces (21) in zigzags and is connected to the wire fixing hole (23&prime) on the lower part of the length adjusting plate (3).
