Peptides that specifically bind erythrocytes are described. These are provided as peptidic ligands having sequences that specifically bind, or as antibodies or fragments thereof that provide specific binding, to erythrocytes. The peptides may be prepared as molecular fusions with therapeutic agents, tolerizing antigens, or targeting peptides. Immimotolerance may be created by use of the fusions and choice of an antigen on a substance for which tolerance is desired.L'invention concerne des peptides qui se lient spécifiquement aux érythrocytes. Ils se présentent sous la forme de ligands peptidiques ayant des séquences qui se lient spécifiquement aux érythrocytes, ou sous la forme d'anticorps ou de fragments de ceux-ci qui offrent une liaison spécifique aux érythrocytes. Les peptides peuvent être préparés sous la forme de fusions moléculaires avec des agents thérapeutiques, des antigènes de tolérisation ou des peptides de ciblage.
