The invention relates to a device (1), including: a) an elongate element (2) to pass from one side to the other of delicate anatomical structures to be brought together, said element comprising a first bearing part (3), having a contact surface (3a) for one of the anatomical structures, and at least one locking part (4, 5, 6, 7) spaced apart from said contact surface (3a)； b) a second bearing part (8) having a contact surface (8b) for another of the anatomical structures and being slidable on the elongate element (2) and shaped such that, during implantation, the locking part (4) is forced through the second bearing part (8) and abuts the rear of the latter. The contact surfaces (3a, 8b) face each other and are at least partially capable of developing cicatricial fibrosis. The part that completely or partially forms the contact surface capable of developing cicatricial fibrosis is preferably a part made of fabric, in particular non-woven fabric, in particular polyethylene terephtalate.
