PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent having a marker which is easy to detect even when the usage of a radiation impermeable material constituting the marker is reduced.SOLUTION: An arrangement hole 3a for arranging the marker 2 is formed in a marker fixation portion 3 of the stent so as to extend through the thickness direction of the marker fixation portion 3. The arrangement hole 3a includes a projection 3b formed to protrude toward the radially inside of the arrangement hole 3a. The projection 3b is formed so as to have a substantially triangular cross-sectional shape in the thickness direction of the marker fixation portion 3 which has a first inclined side 3h inclined to the radial inside of the arrangement hole 3a from one surface 3d of the marker fixation portion 3 toward a middle portion 3c of the marker fixation portion 3, and a second inclined side 3j which is inclined to the radial inside of the arrangement hole 3a from the other surface 3f of the marker fixation portion 3 toward the middle portion 3c.
