The invention provides certain specific lipid nanoparticles comprising: (a) one or more nucleic acid molecules； (b) cholesterol； (c) DSPC； (d) PEG-C-DMA； and (e) a cationic lipid； and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the lipid nanoparticles.
