To maintain lift-up state of the cheeks without causing remarkable increase in cost or handling complication in use and by forming a notch of a prescribed shape in a part facing the cheeks in a sheet of face mask.
SOLUTION: The face mask 10 which is a single sheet body and has notches 1 and 2 formed ranging from the peripheral edge of the cheek sections 17 and 18 facing the left and right cheeks to sections facing the outer sides of the nostrils. Accordingly and the single face mask 10 is divided into the upper sections 17A and 18A and the lower sections 17B and 18B across the notches 1 and 2 in the left and right cheek sections 17 and 18, wherein the lower sections 17B and 18B are freely shifted to the upper sections 17A and 18A. After the face mask 10 impregnated with a liquid is placed ON the face, the lower sections 17B and 18B are shifted upward, which enables the mask to be stuck closely to the face without producing wrinkles ON the surface of the upper sections 17A and 18A and with the lift-up state of the cheeks maintained.
