PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a bean jam pancake which makes a pancake suitable for the production of the bean jam pancake.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing the bean jam pancake includes a dough baking section 3 for heating dough on a top surface of a baking plate 12 to bake the pancake, a pancake reversing section 4 for reversing the pancake, an filling material supplying section 5 for supplying an filling material to the reversed pancake and overlaying another baked pancake to sandwich the filling material with a pair of pancakes, and an edge closing processing section 6 for fitting the edges of the pair of overlaid pancakes tight to each other.
