The present invention relates to a producing method of a cypress extract and various compositions using the cypress extract. The producing method of the cypress extract comprises the following steps: selecting a raw material from 10-20-year-old cypresses steaming the selected raw material with a copper plate extracting an extract by cooling and condensing steam generated by the steaming step separating the extract into cypress oil and cypress water and ripening each of the cypress oil and cypress water at a low temperature of 10°C or less for 30 days or longer. The cypress extract of the present invention contains different components from a previous produced product by adding a copper (Cu) component when producing the cypress extract, contains abundant minerals, and has equal to or more than 5% of a terpene-based compound which is a major component of phytoncide.
