The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing the salt resistance of a plant. A nucleotide sequence of the present invention is involved in the salt stress of a plant, and a transgenic plant overexpressed therefrom has excellent resistance against salt stress on farmland caused by changes in climatic conditions such as global warming, so that the transgenic plant can be usefully used as a novel functional plant which can excellently adapt to high salinity farming conditions.본 발명은 식물체의 내염성 증진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 뉴클레오타이드 서열은 식물체의 염 스트레스에 대한 내성에 관여를 하며, 이를 과발현시킨 형질전환 식물체는 염 스트레스에 대한 내성이 탁월하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 형질전환 식물체는 지구 온난화 등에 의한 기후조건 변화로 야기된 경작지의 염 스트레스에 대한 내성이 탁월하여 고염도 경작 조건에 적응성이 뛰어난 신기능 작물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
