To provide an apparatus in which an acupressure apparatus body is fixed by a belt body in a proper position of a physical acupressure point and a place desired to be pressed from the upper part of wearing clothes, pressing force is applied moderately and stimulation is given to a human body to promote blood circulation, further, the pressing force is applied by using a body weight of a person himself, stiff shoulders, low back pain and back pain are reduced, and attachment and detachment of the acupressure apparatus is simple.SOLUTION: An acupressure apparatus includes: a flexible top cover sheet； a flexible lower surface cover sheet arranged in the lower side of the top cover sheet； a reinforced sheet arranged in the upper side of the top cover sheet and having no elasticity； and multiple acupressure bodies loosely inserted into multiple storage pars provided adjacently using a partition formed by bonding the top cover sheet and the lower surface cover sheet together, and having an outer surface of a substantially spherical surface shape.
