The present invention discloses a novel method for the gradual desensitization of objects to peanuts. More particularly, the present invention relates to an immunotherapeutic method for increasing peanut tolerance in an allergic object using percutaneous administration. The invention also relates to the use of a skin patching device for gradual desensitization to peanuts.본 발명은 땅콩에 대한 객체의 점진적 탈감작화의 신규 방법을 개시한다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 경피적 투여법을 이용한 알러지성 객체에서의 땅콩 내성을 증가시키기 위한 면역치료학적 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 땅콩에 대한 점진적 탈감작화를 위한 피부 패취 기구의 용도에 관한 것이다.
