PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of excellently absorbing and holding discharge by being arranged inside clothing or a diaper.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorbent body 2 a top sheet 3 disposed so as to cover the upper surface of the absorbent body 2 and at least partially composed of a liquid permeable material a back sheet 4 disposed so as to cover the lower surface of the absorbent body 2 and composed of a liquid impermeable material and a skin surface sheet body 5 disposed at the upper part of the top sheet 3, composed by forming an opening 11 to which a male sexual organ can be inserted and provided with an extendible and contractible plated part 18 bent in a pleated shape along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 2.
