Disclosed is an edible film ingestible from the mouth cavity of a living body intothe body. The edible film is formed of a laminate comprising a plurality of layers. The layers include an anti-adhesion layer, which prevents the edible film fromadhering to the inner wall of the mouth cavity through dissolution in water. Thelaminate has two surface layers constituting the surfaces of the laminate. Theanti-adhesion layer is disposed as at least one of the surface layers of the laminate. This edible film is a film that is less likely to adhere to the inner wall of themouth cavity and, if adhered, can be easily peeled off.
