The present invention relates to a method for providing a weft-knitted fixation garment to be worn on a wearers arm or leg. The fixation garment comprises a knitted tubular part having a circumference less than 1000 mm, preferably less than 500 mm, the knitted tubular part having a first end and a second end and comprising a first layer and a second layer extending therebetween, the weft-knitted fixation garment comprising a first side and a second side and a pocket adapted to fixate an object to the wearers arm or leg arranged at the first side. The fixation garment is integrally knitted in one process on a circular knitting machine.
