The spray device for ultrasonic coating of a stent comprises: a coating solution spray unit which receives a coating solution from a coating solution feed unit and sprays the coating solution an air discharge unit which generates the ultrasonic waves when the coating solution is sprayed, and discharges air supplied from an air supply unit and a cleansing solution spray unit which receives a cleansing solution from a cleansing solution feed unit and sprays the cleaning solution. The coating solution spay unit includes: a coating solution spray nozzle which is apart from the stent with a predetermined distance and sprays the coating solution to an upper part of the stent and a coating solution supply member which connects the coating solution spray nozzle and the coating solution feed unit and supplies the coating solution to the coating solution spray nozzle. The air discharge unit includes: an ultrasound nozzle tip member which generates the ultrasonic waves toward the stent when the coating solution is sprayed and an air discharge nozzle which is disposed in a penetration hole formed at the center of the ultrasound nozzle tip member and discharges the compressed air supplied through an air supply member connected to the air supply unit toward the stent.
