It is prepared by the step of forming, emulsifying the polymer solution and the external continuous phase of the oil phase, and removing and drying the external continuous phase and the solvent.본 발명은 온도조절이 가능한 PCM(상전이물질)을 코어물질로 사용하고 생분해성 고분자물질을 쉘 물질로 사용하여 열 흡수 기능이 우수한 코어-쉘 형태의 PCM 마이크로캡슐 제조방법에 관한 것이다.또한, 본 발명에 따른 자동온도조절 기능을 갖는 코어-쉘 PCM 마이크로캡슐은 쉘 물질과 단일 또는 혼합 PCM을 용매에 용해시켜 오일상의 고분자용액을 생성하는 단계와, 수용성 폴리머를 용해시켜 외부연속상을 생성하는 단계와, 오일상의 고분자용액과 외부연속상을 유화시키는 단계와, 외부연속상과 용매를 제거하고 건조하는 단계로 제조된다.
