The present invention relates to a method of producing a functional bamboo shoot pill by changing the mixture ratio of a bamboo shoot to bamboo shoot skin powders. The bamboo shoot is food having abundant dietary fiber, and it is verified that the bamboo shoot produces various effects such as colon prevention. However, the bamboo shoot, which is seasonal food, is harvestable only in one season, and has a short shelf life. Accordingly, according to the present invention, in order to increase the shelf life, to allow a user to take in the bamboo shoot in all seasons, and to simply carry the bamboo shoot, the product in the form of a pill is determined to be appropriate.
