This dialysate preparation device (1) is provided with a water-supply passage (2), a fluid A passage (3) for supplying a fluid A, a fluid B passage (4) for supplying a fluid B, and a first through third concentration measurement means (20, 23, 27). The dialysate preparation device (1) prepares a dialysate by mixing the aforementioned clean water, the fluid A and the fluid B in a prescribed ratio, and measures the concentration of the prepared dialysate by the concentration measurement means. Before preparing the aforementioned dialysate, in a state in which the dialysate and the fluid A are not circulating through the water-supply passage, the fluid B is supplied to the water supply passage from the fluid B passage and only the fluid B is circulated in the water-supply passage. Then, the electrical conductivity of the fluid B is measured by first through third detection units (20a, 23a and 27a) of the first through third concentration measurement means, and, by comparing the measured electrical conductivity of the fluid B with a pre-set value, the accuracy of the first through third concentration measurement means is diagnosed.
