CONSTITUTION: A ceiling type multipurpose fruit aging system comprises a storage(100) to storing fruits, an intake port(210) on the lower side, an exhaust port(220) on both sides, a heater(230) to produce heat to inside, a cooler(240) to produce cool air, a suction fan(250) on a suction part with an air controller(200) to suck air to the inside, a low speed multi-blade blower fan(300), and a control unit to control the motion of the heater, the cooler, the suction fan, and the low speed multi-blade blower fan. The ceiling type multipurpose fruit aging system comprises an ultraviolet ray lamp(260) and a temperature sensor(110), and the temperature sensor comprises a first temperature sensor(111) and a second temperature sensor(112).본 발명은 과실 숙성 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 과실 등을 적치하여 보관할 수 있는 저장고와； 상기 저장고의 천장면에 설치되며, 하면에는 일정 크기의 흡입구가, 양측면에는 일정 크기의 배기구가 각각 형성되어 있으며, 내부에는 열기를 발산하는 히터장치와 냉기를 발산하는 쿨러장치가 장착되어 있으며, 상기 흡입구에는 내부로 공기를 빨아들이는 흡입팬이 구비되어 있는 공기조절부와； 상기 저장고의 천장면에 설치되며, 상기 공기조절부 양 측면의 배기구와 일정 간격을 유지하며 각각 형성되어 있는 저속 다익형 송풍팬； 및 상기 공기조절부의 히터장치, 쿨러장치 및 흡입팬과 상기 저속 다익형 송풍팬의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되며, 수확한 다량의 과실을 적치하여 보관하는 저장고의 천장에 용이하게 설치되어 저장물의 특성에 따라 냉풍 또는 온풍을 선택적으로 배출할 수 있으며, 저장고 내의 온도와 습도 등의 저장 환경을 위치에 상관없이 최대한 균일하도록 유지시켜 균질한 상품성을 가지도록 저장물을 숙성시킬 수 있는 천장형 다목적 과실 숙성 시스템에 관한 것이다.
