Stable lyophilized therapeutic protein compositions and their methods of manufacture are provided. Specifically, the use of water as a solid cake plasticizer and protein stabilizer is described. Also, the inclusion of a multicomponent stabilizer comprising a larger molecular entity and a smaller molecular entity is described. Also, the inclusion of post-drying annealing under certain conditions improves protein stability. Proteins are predicted to remain stable over 24 months at 25° C.La présente invention concerne des compositions de protéine thérapeutique lyophilisée stable et leurs procédés de fabrication. En particulier, l'invention concerne l'utilisation d'eau comme plastifiant de tourteau solide et stabilisant de protéine. L'invention concerne également, l'incorporation d'un stabilisant multiconstituant comprenant une entité moléculaire plus grande et une entité moléculaire plus petite. La présente invention incorpore en outre, un recuit post-séchage sous certaines conditions améliorant la stabilité des protéines. Il est prédit que les protéines demeurent stables durant 24 mois à 25 °C.
