The present invention relates to a stable and lyophilized pharmaceutical agent containing nocathiacin, which is prepared by lyophilizing a liquid formulation of nocathiacin, a stabilizer, an excipient, a pH regulator and injectable water, wherein the stabilizer is selected from polyethylene glycol, polysorbate or a mixture thereof, and the pH value of the liquid formulation is 1.0-6.0.
