The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating rheumatoid arthritis comprising a phospholipase D1 inhibitor as an active ingredient. The phospholipase D1 inhibitor of the present invention exhibits the effect of markedly improving the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis by suppressing inflammation at joints through suppression of articular cartilage destruction, suppression of bone destruction and suppression of the production of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-a, IL-1β, IL-6, IFN-γ, MCP-1 and IL-17)； while the composition of the present invention, which comprises the phospholipase D1 inhibitor that has these characteristics as an active ingredient, can be used to advantage in the prevention or treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.La présente invention concerne une composition pour prévenir ou traiter l'arthrite rhumatoïde comprenant un inhibiteur de phospholipase D1 en tant qu'ingrédient actif. L'inhibiteur de phospholipase D1 de la présente invention présente l'effet d'amélioration marquée des symptômes de l'arthrite rhumatoïde en supprimant l'inflammation aux articulations par la suppression de la destruction du cartilage articulaire, la suppression de la destruction des os et la suppression de la production des cytokines inflammatoires (TNF-a, IL-1β, IL-6, IFN-γ, MCP-1 et IL-17)； tandis que la composition de la présente invention, qui comprend l'inhibiteur de phospholipase D1 qui a ces caractéristiques en tant qu'ingrédient actif, peut être utilisée avantageusement dans la prévention ou le traitement de l'arthrite rhumatoïde.본 발명은 포스포리파아제 D1 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 류마티스 관절염 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 포스포리파아제 D1 억제제는 관절연골 파괴 억제, 뼈의 파괴 억제 및 염증성 사이토카인 (TNF-a, IL-1β, IL-6 및 IFN-γ, MCP-1 그리고, IL-17)의 생성 억제에 의한 관절부위의 염증을 억제시킴으로써 류마티스 관절염 증상을 현저히 개선시키는 효과를 나타내므로, 이러한 특징을 가진 포스포리파아제 D1 억제제을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 조성물은 류마티스성 관절염 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
