PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for hydroponics designed to improve harvest efficiency and reduce work load. SOLUTION: The apparatus for hydroponics has cultivation trays 2 each holding cultivation beds 3 and having enough flotage to a culture solution 10L and a raising shelf 10 supporting many of the cultivation trays 2 and supplied with the culture solution 10L so as to raise and cultivate crops (A) sprouting on the cultivation bed 3 in the cultivation tray 2. The flow of the culture solution 10L in the raising shelf 10 is formed from one end to the other end through for example inclining the raising shelf 10 from one end to the other end to set up.
