The present invention addresses the problem of designing a fitting toilet seat that is less likely to cause pressure ulcers. The fitting toilet seat according to the present invention is configured to be fitted on a diaper having an excrement hole at a position corresponding to the groin of a user, the fitting toilet seat being provided with: a toilet seat main body which has an excrement receiving part that includes a tray-like recess for receiving the excrement passing through the excrement hole, and a urine receiving part that rises from one end of the excrement receiving part and includes a groove-like recess for receiving and leading the urine passing through the excrement hole into the tray-like recess； and a hip unit that supports the hip of the user. The hip unit has a first elastic body and a second elastic body which has a higher hardness than the first elastic body and which covers side surfaces of the first elastic body and a supporting surface of the first elastic body which supports the hip.
