PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel positive charge prodrug of peptide and relative compounds.SOLUTION: A compound represented by structure 1 may be synthesized by a standard peptide synthesis protocol. Amino group having positive charge in prodrug of peptide contributes to not only dissolving of medicament into water, but also bond to negative charge on phosphate head group of membrane to introduce prodrug into cytosol. The prodrug diffuses through human skin 100 to 1000 times faster than peptide and relative compounds. The prodrug may be used in therapy for condition capable of being treated with peptide and relative compounds in human and animal.
