A plant cultivation system includes a cabinet, a planting tray and a drainpipe. The cabinet has an opening, an accommodation space and a drain hole communicating with each other. The accommodation space is configured to accommodate a nutrient solution, in which the cabinet has a bottom surface inside the accommodation space. The planting tray is disposed at the opening and is configured to fix the plant, in which a root of the plant is located within the accommodation space. The drainpipe is connected to a location of the cabinet near to the bottom surface and is communicated with the drain hole.
