PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package which is prevented in rupture of a container after quick freezing and can increase relatively the survival rate of cells in a biological sample during packaging a container and freezing preservation and thawing of a biological sample, a packaging system and a packaging method for its production.SOLUTION: A packaging system is for airtight packaging of a container for storage of a biological sample and includes a packaging portion covering a container with a packaging material and a sealing portion which seals the packaging material covering the container to package the container air-tightly with the packaging material.
