The machine has an articulated arm (4) placed on a frame (2). A front offset arm (8) is consisted by a beam (9) located towards the frame. Rotation angle of the offset arm around an axis (10) with a base of a first suspension rod (12) is regulated between values close to 90 or 180 degrees by an offset actuator (16) articulated at an end on the base of the rod. A rotation angle of the offset arm around second suspension rod (13) is regulated between values close to 90 or 180 degrees by an offset actuator (17) articulated on the beam of the offset arm and an end of a third suspension rod (15).
