The present invention provides an indoor rearing machine using an upwelling flow for a young shellfish which includes: a water tank which has a bottom with a certain area and an external wall, and enables to store rearing water； a pump installed at the inside or outside of the water tank for flowing out the rearing water in the water tank to a spat tank； one or more spat tanks which stores a spat and the rearing water, and is connected to the pump, thereby the rearing water having the certain water pressure is flowing out to the top by upwelling from the bottom. Accordingly, the oxygen supply and live food encounter are easy, and the degeneration of a rearing environment by stacked excrement is prevented, since a spat is not stacked or congested in the tank. And a spat can be reared healty by forming a rearing environment similar to a natural growth environment due to a constant stress by the upwelling rearing water.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명에서는 일정 면적의 바닥과 외벽을 갖고 사육수를 수용할 수 있는 저수조와； 상기 저수조의 내부 또는 외부에 설치되어 상기 저수조 내의 사육수를 저수조 외부에 형성된 치패수조로 유출시키기 위한 펌프와； 치패와 사육수를 수용하며, 상기 펌프에 연결되어 일정 수압을 가진 사육수가 하부에서 용승하여 상부로 유출되는 하나 이상의 치패 수조；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린 패류의 상향식 수류 실내사육장치를 제공함으로써 치패가 수조 내에 적체되거나 정체되지 않아 산소 공급 및 먹이 생물과의 조우가 용이하고 치패의 배설물이 적체되어 사육환경을 악화시키는 것을 방지하며, 용승하는 사육수에 의하여 지속적으로 응력을 받기 때문에 자연 생육 환경과 유사한 사육 조건을 형성하여 건강한 치패로 사육할 수 있다.
