The present invention provides a medical inspection instrument with adjustable photographing angle, which comprises a tube-like photographing device and a handheld device. The photographing device comprises a bendable connecting tube to be inserted into human or animal cavity, and a photographing unit mounted at one end of the connecting tube and having a lens for capturing images and a transmission chip for image transmission. The handheld device comprises a hollow housing having a slot, a display screen unit, a grip, and a power unit for supplying electric power, wherein the slot is provided for detachable insertion of the connecting tube with its end opposite to the end mounted with the photographing unit. The display screen unit is provided with an image processing chip for receiving and synchronously processing the images from the transmission chip.
