PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell hardly causing a hammock phenomenon, having a shape that enables a user to easily roll over therein, and to provide an air mat including the same.SOLUTION: This air cell has a multilayer structure. A plurality of air cells are provided side by side to constitute the air mat.
