PURPOSE: A liposome containing phospholipid and an acetylene group is provided to manufacture a sensor with enhanced sensitivity and to sensitively detect a target material in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A liposome containing an acetylene group comprises lipid bilayer containing first and second lipid molecules. The first lipid molecule is a diacetylene molecule with an epoxy group at the end. The second lipid molecule is diacyl glycerol-3-phosphate molecule. The diacetylene molecule has a structure of formula I. The diacyl glycerol-3-phosphate molecule is 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (DMPA). A method for detecting a target material in a sample comprises the steps of: contacting a target material-binding material with the target material in the sample； detecting an optical signal； and identifying the target material from the optical signal.인지질 및 아세틸렌기를 포함하는 리포좀 및 그의 용도를 제공한다. 인지질 및 아세틸렌기를 포함하는 리포좀은 증가된 민감도를 갖는 센서를 제조하는데 사용될 수 있다.
