The present invention discloses an in shoe plantar pressure and shear force measuring device to be put inside shoes for measuring a pressure and shear force. The in shoe plantar pressure and shear force measuring device comprises a carrying plate and a copy element. The carrying plate is used to carry the plantar of a user and composed of a flexible material layer and a hard material layer. The flexible material layer has a first surface and a second surface which is opposite to the first surface. The first surface of the flexible material layer is used to carry the plantar of the user, and the hard material layer is disposed on the second surface. The copy element is disposed to face the hard material layer. Therefore, the flexible material layer receives a force of the plantar made by the user and delivers the force to the hard material layer to let the hard material layer press the copy element.
