PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated substance as an oral solid preparation that has excellent temporal stability and contains an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor.SOLUTION: The granulated substance is obtained by granulating an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor or a mixture of the inhibitor and a basic amino acid with a gastrosoluble polymer. Preferably the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of fluvastatin, atorvastatin, pitavastatin, rosuvastatin and their salts. Preferably the basic amino acid is arginine, lysine or histidine.
