The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition against carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacteria which includes, as an active ingredient, adenylate kinase (ADK) protein derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The ADK protein derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis, according to the present invention, has excellent antimicrobial activity against carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacteria, and thus may be usefully used in a variety of fields as an antibacterial composition.
