PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching machine for fix planting punching on a prescribed position a fix planting hole of a size optimum for fix planting a seedling to be transplanted, easily collecting a mulch sheet pulling piece, and allowing an effective performance of punching work.SOLUTION: This punching machine 1 for fix planting includes a frame 10, a wheel 20, a pair of ground rings 21a and 21b attached to both the right and left sides of the circumferential part of the wheel, and a plurality of punching cutters 30a, 30b, 30c and 30d attached to the circumference of the wheel. The frame 10 includes a wheel attachment part 11 made by forming a metallic plate in L shape, a metallic pole 12 vertically attached to the wheel attachment part 11, and a handle 13 horizontally attached to the end of the metallic pole 12.
