The present invention relates to a drug release delaying agent including: a core which includes at least one selected from a group consisting of apixaban and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier； and a coating layer of the core. In the apixaban pharmaceutical agent and a producing method thereof, emission delay time is 5 minutes to 360 minutes and apixaban is eluted at least 60 wt% within 60 minutes after the release delay time when the release delay time is defined as up to the last minute at which the dissolution rate of apixaban is detected below 10 wt% when measured in 900 mL of a dissolution medium of 37°C by using a USP device 2 at a rotational speed of 75 rpm.
