Disclosed is a phototherapeutic apparatus, which includes a net consisting of a strand of optical fiber a connector connected to one end of the optical fiber and a radiation device connected to the connector. The net may be easily attached onto a wig, hat, underwear, or the like, thus enabling a user to unconsciously receive a phototherapy during normal daily life.
