PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle device capable of notifying a person around a vehicle and a passenger in the vehicle that any abnormality occurs in a driver.SOLUTION: A health check ECU 20 detects the body condition of a driver by using various sensors 21 to 24, and determines whether or not the body condition of the driver is a normal condition on the basis of the detection result, and transmits a lighting request for allowing various lamps 12 to 14 to light or blink to a body ECU 10 when determining that the body condition of the driver is not the normal condition.
