PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of an absorber while keeping the absorbing performance and to prevent deviation and falling of superabsorbent polymers.SOLUTION: An absorber 1 includes: a fibrous layer 2 formed by dispersing and mixing superabsorbent polymers 4 in an absorbent fiber 3 a polymer layer 5 formed of superabsorbent polymers 6, which is disposed on the lower layer side of the fibrous layer 2 a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 7 interposed between the fibrous layer 2 and the polymer layer 5 and a core wrap sheet 8 surrounding a laminate of the fibrous layer 2, the polymer layer 5 and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 7.
