To provide methods for producing a particulate decellularized tissue having sufficient regeneration effect of a tissue and showing no cytotoxicity when used as a cell culture material.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a production method of a particulate decellularized tissue for cell attraction characterized by having applying a high hydrostatic pressure of 2 to 1,500 MPa to an animal-derived tissue in a medium to decellularize the animal-derived tissue, crushing the animal-derived tissue to make it into a particle state matter, and applying high hydrostatic pressure to wash and remove cells of the crushed animal-derived tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: None
