PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial culture medium mat on which line seeding can be accurately performed.SOLUTION: In an artificial culture medium mat 1, a culture medium material 2 is formed in a sheet-like shape. In the artificial culture medium mat 1, a plurality of linear grooves 3 which are parallel with each other are formed on one surface of the culture medium material 2.
