PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensed medicament-inspecting device capable of accurately inspecting the packaging state of medicaments in a dispensed bag to determine whether or not the medicament is housed in the dispensed bag according to a prescription.SOLUTION: The dispensed medicament-inspecting device 1 includes: a camera 20 for photographing the medicament 5 housed in the dispensed bag 6 and an overlapping elimination mechanism 30 for eliminating the overlap of the medicaments 5 in the dispensed bag 6 when viewed from the camera 20, and inspects the packaging state of the medicament 5 in the dispensed bag 6. The overlapping elimination mechanism 30 is provided in the conveyance path of a conveyor 10 for conveying the dispensed bag 6 in which the medicament 5 is housed.
